Social Housing Case Studies

The pilot was designed to determine whether integrated solar thermal systems would be suitable as a standard measure under the Warm Front grant. The scheme provided eligible Warm Front recipients with a grant of up to £4000 towards their solar thermal system and electric storage heaters.

Throughout the scheme Eaga have been collecting feedback directly from the customers via Customer Satisfaction Surveys provided with the Post-Installation packages. There has been a significant amount of support and satisfaction from some extremely happy customers who are overwhelmed with the level of service Eaga's installation teams provided, as well as the systems themselves. On average we have received an 85% satisfaction rate and some very happy customer comments:
